We really enjoy and appreciate the many photos posted here on the site, so I thought we should contribute a few too. A few from BSV this morning. Seas finally laying down a bit after a few rough days..some sargassam this morning for the first time this trip.
2 Shots from JAX..I asked how the Tomahawks were looking, and they brought one out. Was told they just changed meat vendors, and they're very pleased with the quality thus far. Gotta agree. Love the excellent craft cocktails and Maho watching at the outside bar.
Some shots from Bamboo. Went for Gatsby Night, which is Thursday. Great jazz. They have a new rum tasting and cigar room, shots attached.
My bride with a lobster at Sandbar..had no idea they were serving anything but beach/bar fare. Also a shot of our favorite lasagna at Spaghetti House in Jordan Village.
I don't think we'd been back to Tortuga for breakfast since the Nixon administration, so we wandered back there. Very good breakfast and reasonable price.
Mama Pizza, Ocean 82, Le Moulin Foo, Altro, Spaghetti House, Dany's, Bamboo House, Dinghy Beach Bar, Pizza Italy, La Rosa, Jax, and Beirut this trip..some twice. All great as usual.
Almost perfect weather other than a few rough surf days. Brief showers, mostly evening or overnight making for a beautifully green island, and more blooming flowers than we've seen in years. Added bonus..I've almost made it through 18 days without a single mosquito bite. Another bonus, hit a very nice slot jackpot at Casino Royale and then contributed to the island economy by dropping a chunk of it on a new tennis bracelet for Tasha. Happy wife..happy life!
It was our pleasure to run into GaKay and Todd at Hole in the Wall..very nice to meet you!
Back to my beach chair now.
Cheers!

Thanks for the report and the pictures. Always glad to see pictures from 'home'!! Glad to see the Sandbar back open. I know someone said it was closed for a while. I didn't know they did lobster there either. But, no picture of the tennis bracelet?
Also, forgot to mention we hit Mr Chow's twice too. The General Tso's chicken is the best I've ever had, great service. Another spot it would be very easy to make a great meal out of the soup, appetizers and small plates.
